74th Annual Tour of Homes

Now in its 74th year, the Annual Tour of Homes is a cherished tradition that supports women and children in need across our community. This beloved event offers residents and visitors a unique opportunity to explore beautifully appointed homes in communities on and adjoining St. Simon's Island, generously opened by their owners for a worthy cause.

All proceeds benefit a wide range of local charities for women and children—last year alone, the Tour raised over $150,000 for 30 nonprofit organizations.

We are pleased to announce that the 2027 Christ Church Annual Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning in mid-December 2026.
