Tour of Homes

The Christ Church Annual Tour of Homes is a long-standing community event where residents and visitors tour beautiful private homes while supporting local outreach and charities serving women, children, and families in need.

Now in its 73rd year, the Annual Tour of Homes is a cherished tradition that supports women and children in need across our community. This beloved event offers residents and visitors a unique opportunity to explore beautifully appointed homes in communities on and adjoining St. Simon's Island, generously opened by their owners for a worthy cause.

All proceeds benefit a wide range of local charities for women and children—last year alone, the Tour raised over $150,000 for 30 nonprofit organizations.
