We are excited to announce the 2026 Christ Church Annual Tour of Homes will feature "Lifestyles Around the Lodge" with homes in the never-before-on-tour communities surrounding the Lodge at Sea Island Golf Club at the south end of St. Simons!
Parking and transportation for the annual Tour of Homes will again be based at Christ Church, Frederica where we will feature refreshments in the Parish Hall and the opportunity to visit to the historic church, cemetery and labyrinth. Once dropped off at the entrance to the Lodge community, homes will be within walking distance, eliminating lines for shuttle buses. Limited golf/caddy cart assistance for those with difficulty traversing longer stretches will be available.
A totally redesigned 2026 VIP ticket experience will include all features of a standard ticket PLUS the opportunity to increase your contribution to the charities -- while also increasing your enjoyment of the tour. First, VIP ticket holders (exclusively) will be able to skip the bus from Christ Church and park their personal vehicle on the historic Avenue of Oaks approaching the Lodge. Then: start, end or take a pause in your tour with an exclusive champagne, wine and hors d'oeuvres reception in a Lodge-area private home not otherwise included on the tour.
As always, the Annual Tour of Homes benefits non-profit organizations and initiatives for families and children in need in our community.
