Yesterday, we celebrated our annual Blessing of the Backpacks during two of our morning services, praying over our students and teachers as they begin a new school year. We were blessed to pray with students ranging from preschool through medical school and master’s programs!
As a reminder of God’s presence throughout the school year, students received small Jesus figurines to keep in their backpacks, along with pencils featuring messages of encouragement and God’s love. 🎒📚
We are so proud of our students and grateful for the opportunity to surround them and their teachers with prayer as they begin another year of learning, growth, and discovery.
