Aging with Grace: Grace as Spiritual Practice
Five-Week Series | Winter/Early Spring 2025
Randy Siegel is offering a five-week, small-group series exploring what it means to age with grace—attending not only to the physical realities of aging, but also to its spiritual and psychological dimensions. This interactive and welcoming series is designed for those seeking meaningful fellowship, practical tools for cultivating peace, gratitude, joy, and purpose, and contemplative practices that deepen connection with self, others, and God.
Participants are encouraged to commit to all five sessions to help create a safe and supportive group experience. A minimum of eight participants is required for the series to move forward.
Words from Randy about the series:
"Last August, I turned 70. No longer able to claim middle-age, I was forced to admit I’m in the third act of life. I’m learning there’s a big difference between aging gracefully and aging with grace. Aging gracefully deals with the physical and societal aspects of aging while aging with grace digs deeper addressing our psychological and spiritual needs. Our culture is obsessed with aging gracefully, but when we shift our focus to the psychological and spiritual, the physical and societal lose importance. During our time together, we’ll share our fears and joys about aging, explore the beauty of life’s ages and stages, and learn two strategies for aging with grace that will bring peace, happiness, and meaning to this special time of our lives."
